Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. Hardware Returns

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
    • Proof of purchase is required.
    • Return shipping charges will be borne entirely by the customer.

    2. Defective Hardware

    • Defective products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
    • If the product is confirmed defective by our team, we will arrange replacement or repair as per manufacturer warranty.
    • If the returned item is found to be non-defective, return shipping charges (to and from) will be the responsibility of the customer.

    3. Software Purchases

    • Software sales are final once the activation key or license is issued.

    4. Return Shipping

    • Customers must arrange for the product to be shipped back using a reliable courier (preferably Shiprocket if available).
    • Products must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
    • We will not accept returns with postage due or unpaid shipping fees.
